Resentment is one of those emotions that shows up again and again when living with chronic illness.

It can feel easier to carry everything yourself, but that comes with its own cost—resentment towards others, your circumstances, and even yours You don’t need a medical degree to be informed. It’s okay to ask:
— What does that mean?
— What are my options?
— What happens if I do nothing?
